chewy chocolate chip cookies recipe

People cope with stress in different ways. One of my coping methods happens to be baking.
As my Spring semester comes to an end and finals are around the corner, I have a feeling I'll be doing a lot of it!
The recipe I'm sharing today is one of my go-to and most comforting. I don't usually have my recipes memorized, but this recipe is simple and I bake these cookies so often I know this recipe by heart. These chocolate chip cookies have become a must have at my house.
They are so soft and buttery, and they make me feel warm inside.
Definitely my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, and hopefully yours too!
